Apply for Admission

Those interested in applying to CMUO should complete the following online application form. Once your application is submitted and reviewed, an admissions counselor will contact you to complete the application process. At that time you will then have the option of registering for one or more CMUO courses. You may also contact the VFCC Admissions Department at 1-800-432-8322 or e-mail admissions@vfcc.edu if you have any questions.
