On Campus
Exhibition space is limited to the side and back walls of our main meeting room and to hallways as chapel space fills.
- One space: $300 (This includes two chairs, one table, and power if requested)
- Two spaces: $425 (This includes two chairs, three tables, and power if requested)
Exhibitors renting one space will be provided with one eight foot table and an electrical plug-in if requested. Additional eight foot tables and space to place them are available at $75 each. Exhibitors are responsible for any table cloth or other display dressing for their own booth space. Complimentary Wi-Fi access will also be available.
In addition, on campus exhibitors will have access to our hospitality room. Refreshments will be available in this room throughout the conference.
Online
All exhibitors renting on campus space will have their information added to our online exhibit hall at no extra cost. Your name and a link to your website will be listed alphabetically for online shoppers. E-mail announcements will go out before, during, and twice in the month following the conference advertising this exhibit hall.
Exhibitors that wish to purchase space in our online exhibition hall only may do so for $125.
